We aim to fill orders placed on the wallProtex™ website as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your order.  Very often we can accommodate RUSH orders.  Please contact customer service for stock availability and shipment options on RUSH orders.

wallProtex™ takes pride in the quality of our products.  We will gladly accept returns, issue credit and process exchanges for any products that show manufacturing defects.

All other returns are subject to the following restrictions.  Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.  Any returned product must be in “like-new” condition.  Returns are accepted only on products of standard color (White, Linen White, Ivory, Beige, Black, Brown, Taupe, Sand, Sawdust, Grey) and standard length (4’or 8’).  Returns on Specialty Angles will only be accepted for clear parts. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Orders for specialty colors or custom parts may not be cancelled after the parts have gone to production.
